Bank of America Financial Center in Nashua, NH

Phone #'s get automated system only! I was told to drop off or send a copy of info required 3 days later was told to pick up docs. That originals are needed. Called main office back.. now I'm told I can Fax it!

Always a long wait and line unlike any other bank in the area. Very under staffed and a slow experience every time.

If there was a possibility of lower rating I would rather give them that most rude and inconsiderate people I have ever met in my life They could not cash a check for $6000.00 drawn on their bank just because I personally don't have an account there THE REASON They don't have that much money on a Tuesday morning at 9:30 Bank of America doesn't have $6000.00 in cash They even refused to make a cashier Check Went to my bank Santander They called boa verified that the funds were there and Santander issued me a cashiers check

The workers at this branch are always very nice to me, and handle things perfectly. But the hours are bad - closing 4pm? ridiculous. And there are times when the wait is awhile. My main bank is TD....open late, Saturdays, Sundays. A REAL bank oriented toward servicing the customer. That's why I keep hundreds of thousands in TD and almost zilch at B of A.
