Northeast Credit Union in Merrimack, NH

They charge $5 a month to pay bills online. Woof.

I have a share acct with them for over 10 years. I opened a classic visa loan for $5000 which I closed after few years. However (1) they reported to credit bureaus that they closed it.(2) they're reporting it negative, although I've made and still continue to make timely monthly payments with interest And am down to about $250. Consumers beware. This is probably just one way how they can ruin you. And shame on them. I'm not posting annonimous, as this is true an I'd be glad to prevent them to act this way with others.

Considered opening up an account here until I visited the location. So far out of the way, in the middle of no where. It somewhat is on the end of a one way parking lot in /what used to be/ a big shopping plaza. Staff was friendly but only sounded somewhat knowledgeable about the potential of saving with them could bring. When looking up other locations there is not another location for miles and miles. Sorry, I will have to skip this one out. Overall friendly, but the location is terrible.
