TD Bank in Hudson, NH

I can't say enough to describe how impressed I am with the way I was taken care of on 7/1 at the TD in Hudson. The long and short of it is I had previously put in two calls at other TD locations regarding a set of questions that I needed to get to the bottom of before deciding who I was going to do my business banking with. A week had gone by and hadn't received a call back as promised from these other branch locations, so I was going to spend my day off exploring new banking options. To my surprise having lived in Hudson for quite some time I didn't seem to notice a TD .2 miles from my front door (how is beyond me). So I figured, why not try to seek the answers I was looking for in the physical form. In all honesty, I didn't have high hopes and had almost ruled TD out of my list of options. I did not expect to have setup a couple accounts that day with them. The treatment received was simply phenomenal and I couldn't be more satisfied. If I could have rated 10,000 stars I would. Jessica F. helped us start to finish and to say she was wonderful would be understated. While dealing with technical issues and multi tasking to assist other customers in the store she still provided us with about 20x more information than we knew we needed at the time. She answered every question, addressed every concern we had, and exhibited great knowledge without the typical generic run around answers one comes to expect at many corporate chains. When she couldn't answer an obscure question (and their where many) she went out and got the answers. It was comforting to have someone put a sincere effort into making sure I got into the right plan rather than just rush me through the process and send me on my way. We spent several hours with Jessica, and because of the experience I am taking a serious look at transferring my personal banking with TD as well. I can say I have never left a bank thinking: "wow, this was so great it warrants a review!"
