Absolutely terrible! There was two women there and they both gave me such terrible attitudes. They were so rude and were no assistance at all. I was there for half an hour and they would not nicely help me. absolute terrible customer service. will never be coming here again.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I no longer live in Derry but I make the trip to this branch because of the outstanding customer service from Scott, Tabitha and Melissa to name a few. There is not a single person at this branch that does not give exceptional service and they always go out of their way to help.

I have my business and personal account here. The only down fall is that you have to go into Walmart to access the bank but their AWESOME customer service more then makes up for it. They are help full and easy going. Keep up the good work Derry SCU!
