Citizens Bank Supermarket Branch in Amherst, NH

I had a terrible and frustrating experience with a woman named Jaime who has been RUDE every time I have gone in. Multiple times she has tried to charge me as a non circle gold member for cashier check fees. In the past she would look it up and realize she is wrong but tonight she refused until I had an 800 Citizens employee on the phone to tell her she was wrong. Instead of admitting it she says "it seems the fee is so important I will wave it but not because of that" and wave her hand toward the phone. She is by far the worst person in customer service. I am no longer banking with Citizens if this woman is not penalized.

Best branch around! Their hours are convinient! They are open even when the rest are closed! With exceptional guest service they go above and beyond to remember who you are! Kevin, Eliza, and Rebecca keep it up guys your doing something great!
