The phone # does not work to connect you to a local bank rep. You end up going through all these menus and finally speaking with a national branch. If you want to talk to an actual banker a this branch good luck..

They got rid of their coin counter and would not let me deposit coins into my account. Said that coins have to be in rolls for them to accept them now. I feel like its my money so I should be able to deposit it into my account

I have always had great service at this branch (general teller transactions as well as personal banker meetings). Everyone has been very pleasant, and the bank usually isn't too busy. My only concern is that I wasn't able to get a safety deposit box at this location so I could do all banking at one spot. Also, I'm not sure what another reviewer meant about not being able to reach this branch on the phone. I just now called the number listed online to reschedule a meeting -- after pressing exactly TWO phone tree responses, I was speaking with a real, live person at this branch.
