Their insurance side won't call u back never had a problem before now all of a sudden call for almost two week straight for the same last and has still yet to call me back

I have had problems with SAC processing my auto payment since they did a skip pay for me back in july. Now they are saying that I am a month behind when I shouldn't be. VERY disappointing

GOD AWFUL! Have been emailing and calling Jamie at headquarters for months with no reply! Paid the amount due to my insurance lapsing and they still have yet to apply the amount and rectify my car loan. I was in the process of getting a home loan and was denied due to their lack of customer service and applying the money where it needed to be. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED avoid at all cost!
