SAC Federal Credit Union Millard Branch in Omaha, NE

I waited in a empty lobby for seven minutes, before a employee surfaced, and when they did show up they acted like their customers were a inconvenience. I guess theres a reason they are not the number one credit union in Omaha.

People are nice but never return calls...

Love this bank. Fees are low, and interest rates on all accounts are nice

Convenient & great staff!

The place has no convenience in its drive thru. No box along the window, everything must be done through tubes. The staff is incredibly slow, like they have a slow quota or something. On the day I'm writing this I sat for 7 minutes waiting for someone inside to come to the drive thru. I was calling the branch when someone finally wandered by. I asked for a pen (which was not already in the tube), which they gave and then promptly disappeared for another 4 minutes until someone new came back. This 2nd person was fully or tired "sighs" and complacency and they too disappeared swiftly as soon as they were done with me.
