Making their time easy for an appointment convenient to their schedules, patience in gathering information and timely closings. Follow-up after the closing on the mortgage. But mostly I am so impressed with your knowledge of the rules and regulations on the different types of loans, besides keeping track of the interest rate changes that happen all the time(so the buyer has the best rate) but the constant reading and keeping yourself up to date on the changes in the mortgage guidelines.
