Got stood up by Jeff Rothlisberger who is supposedly the owner? So his mother who works there gets him on the phone and we have a meeting with him Charlies Angeles style through a phone conference. Why bother going there? Then he had my husband fill out an app that we were told by his employee Eugene Rosales he hadn't looked at but it was in the portal so Jeff passed the baton to Eugene. He said he was going to help us. Sounded good that he wanted to at least help. So we show up for that meeting to be told to work on our credit report ( which we knew needed to be worked on). Eugene then informed us he was smarter than Jeff and if we write him a personal check in his name not the company for 600 dollars he would handle the credit report. We we're weary so we asked him to send a statement of work and he said no he didn't do that directed us to his Facebook and said it was very informal. To send the money he would hold the check three days and for us to be patient for 3 to 6 months. Would this all sound legit to you? I'm just trying to figure out the reasoning behind Jeff passing us off to a man who insults his intelligence then doesn't want us to do work directly through the company. Is all of this normal protocol? I think not! The moral of this story is beware of this company. Bad business ethics for sure.

We recently closed on our 1st home and could not have done it without Eugene's help and expertise! He helped us in ways we had no idea even existed.
