Navy Federal Credit Union in Bellevue, NE

Went to this branch to sign promissory note and after 9 days nothing happens so I called VA office and asked why. They said they never got my fax with my signature from the Bellevue branch. So I went to the branch to ask why my fax wasn't sent, the lady at the counter asked for my name. As soon as I said my first name she said " oh it's about the promissory note? We very sorry something happened we weren't able to send it, but we just sent it everything will be good in 48hrs. Well this is the 49th hour and still nothing happened. My questions are... it takes 9 days to send a fax? What ever happened wasn't resolved in 9 days until I showed up there? Does the branch know how difficult to come to the branch since branches are not every where. I have a $209000 mortgage, $16000 car loan, credit cards and yes am a young black man. Am paying over $1000 in interest to your bank every month so if you guys don't want my business or will treat me like this I will gladly move my business somewhere else.

Love NFCU, but ATM is down quite frequently.

Never had a problem with any NFCU. Every time I go to the branch or call the 888# I always get fast friendly service. They have always gone out of their way to assist my wife and myself. I would encourage anyone to use join NFCU if possible and this branch in particular is great.

Have been a member for over 20 years and would recommend them to anyone that is eligible! Always get great service whether I call or visit a branch. Have had numerous car loans, personal loans and mortgages through Navy FCU and the application process is painless! Love the BUXX card that they offer for your kids to use.
