Auburn State Bank - South Branch in Auburn, NE

I moved away from Auburn during May of 2014. I am in the process of buying a house, and I need all transactions made between myself and my landlord from the time I was living there. Since the money was was directly deposited, the were no way to get copies of the transactions through online banking. I called the bank and asked if they could email or mail me these transactions, and the person I talked to sounded like they were very put off by my request. Then, they told me the only way I could receive the records was to pay a $20 fee for all the work they would have to do for me. After it was clear that there was no other option, I agreed to pay the $20. I have never heard of a charge like this at any other bank.
