There is a very fine line between being friendly, and being creepy. They seem to have mastered that balancing act here. I just wish I had thought of depositing my check via the ATM outside instead of bringing it in. That way, I wouldn't have to wait until after midnight for the funds to become available. That crap is stupid. Especially when it's a business check, that was verified to be valid and the funds available. Checks like those should not need to be held.

Wells fargo has treated me very well. I banked with bremer for 10 years and with bell state for 2 years. Neither of those banks have showed me the respect or appreciation that wells fargo has. I talked with wells fargo and they were willing to help. So i transfered. Wells fargo has helped me when i needed it and now im back on my feet 100% I was hospitalized from a car accident and my other banks werent willing to help me after i struggled with bills for months, wells fargo helped me and then some. I am very appreciative of their 1 on 1 customer service.

Well they're thieves. If you haven't shut down your account then you're a fool.

I've had problems with Wells Fargo in the past, but I gladly use this bank (13th Ave S in West Fargo). The people are nice. They owned& fixed their one mistake in our accounting. Everyone/ company makes mistakes. I appreciate this specific bank because they OWNED their mistake as a whole (training of associates). Other Wells Fargo banks have apologized for other individuals (not the company)& didn't do anything to fix the situation. The company should recognize it as a whole not individuals.
