Northern Tier Federal Credit Union in Minot, ND

This credit union isn't a good one. After having them for about 3 yrs I gave up! I told the "credit union" that I was closing my accounts with them because I wasn't happy with their services. The teller said,"O.K." I believe it should have been, how can we keep you as a customer or what can we do better? Customer service is bad and so is this so call credit union policies. Since when can I not control who takes money from my account or where I can transfer my funds too? Like I said not worth a "credit union" title. :(

Worst service I have ever had. Closing my account after today. Went to deposit and the teller didn't even help me. I talked to the manager and she could careless.

This place has horrible customer service, very rude tellers and ripped us off with "hidden fees" on our loan. I will never EVER do business with this credit union again. Paying loan off early just to get away from this place!

This company doesn't understand that its members are suppose to come first. I've never been so rudely helped in my life. They didn't ask how they could help me or what I wanted they said "What am I doing?" after I gave them my ID, if I didn't have a loan with them I'd move my accounts ASAP, not worth your time of day, since they certainly think that we aren't worth our time of day. I wouldn't recommend anyone bank with these people

Been a member for years have always had good friendly experiences. Loan officers have always been through in explaining thing with fair or better than fair interest rates.
