Rude and very unprofessional company. They do not have correct information on paid accounts.

I wish I could rate them less than one star. Incredibly rude.

The company is terrible at customer service. They called me a told me that I owed 19,000.00 dollars and demanded 485.00 dollars a month is payments. Well, I only owe 1900.00 dollars. The lady told me to find someone to pay my bill for me. I'm a widow of an American veteran and have no one to help me with the bill which is because I was diagnosis with cancer. I going to contact the hospital that uses DCI services and let them know what kind of business they are turning my bills over to. I asked for a statement of what I owe due to the first call I got from them along with all that I have already paid them. But I got attitude about that too, with the staff there telling me they don't have to give me anything. Then when I asked again I got threatened that they were going to take me to court and take my check until the bill is paid. WOW!! There are a lot of people out there that live paycheck to paycheck and this type of customer service is horrible. I will be getting a lawyer to deal with this company. So its a week later and after talking with the supervisor Sue she reported that she would have an statement sent to me by now. "It was to go out in the mail on 9/19/16", well no statement yet at one week later. All they have to do is send me a statement and I have the money to pay of the account in FULL!!! But they don't seem to want the money. Again you need to send me a statement so I can send the MONEY!

i started dealing with these pos years ago. i am a disabled veteran. i had to go to the er in glendive. when i got the bill 2 weeks later and went to pay for it they said they sent it to this company. and the bill went from $130 to over $700. i told them i couldnt pay as i was on va disability and the bych there said not her problem and if i dont pay they will add interest. the few staff members here use multiple numbers so blocking doesnt work. they call at all hours even at night or 5 am. i offered to settle for $200. they wouldnt. 5 years of harasmemt and now i am done with this company. they have no respect to veterans or the laws that govern these companies. i am going to talk to my atourny and consider filling class action and federal charges including extortion, harasment and turn this company into state and federal auditing departments for violations. these are money hungry p.o.s.es looking to extort what they can out of anyone they can. if you get stuck dealing with this company for whatever reason, dont. hire a atourney and fight them. being 5 years into this and only 3 to go till off my credit report.

YES it sucks because they are a collection company. These people are on here mad because they cant afford to pay their own bills and then when a stronger company comes to collect they are "rude" first off you are the ones that started it. if you can afford it then dont do it. This company did everything just fine with working out payments with me and some months I was short and we just recalculated them again. I have had nothing but friendly service because im not fighting them because I know im the one that made the mistake and they are only doing their job because I couldnt pay like I agreed to in the first place.
