There is just something about this place. Amazing people working here and they always treat you right and with the respect you deserve! Do not go to those "other" dealerships. You will drive off the lot happy if you choose Puklich!

On Friday I was told that the best option for my tires would be to get new ones. I had previously informed the staff that my tire was deflating enough so that I had to fill it every day the past week. I was given estimates for new tires while at the dealership, which I asked for, and told that I could look up estimates myself too, so I wasn't pressured to choose those. I wanted to get new tires, as I was told that was the better choice. However, the staff member never came back to ask what my decision was. Finally, another staff came over and told me they had changed the oil and repaired the tire. No new tires that day. The very next morning (Saturday October 22) my tire was visibly low, and the 'Check Tire Pressure' light came up on my car. I filled up with air that morning. The next morning (Sunday October 23) my tire was again visibly low, so much so that 3 different people driving tried to get my attention and tell me.... I again filled up my tire. This morning (Monday October 24) the tire was again visibly low. Obviously the tire repair that the Puklich staff chose to do to my car did not improve the situation at all. My money and time, as well as their time trying to 'repair' my car was wasted. I finally was able to replace the tires today (Monday October 24) and now my 'Check Tire Pressure' light is finally off.... for now

Do not come here. This company used non manufacturer parts because they knew it would break down again in a short while. My car sure did within about 9 months, which would've been well within the warranty window had they used GM parts. Like most of these giant service enterprises it is insanely corrupt. If you want your car Actually fixed make friends with someone who knows cars.

Phil Robins did an excellent job! He did not try to "sell" us, but instead listened and delivered the perfect vehicle we were looking for. Highly recommended!
