This is the worst collection business I have ever come into contact with. They are unprofessional, impolite, and every single employee you talk to gives you a different story. They say they are going to do something and then don't. They don't return phone calls. Good luck getting ahold of anyone after 3pm on a weekday as they often just stop answering the phones. Not only that but their collection manager, a man named Mike will gladly take your money even though they know the collection is a BS one that will eventually be revoked. But when it comes to him holding to his word about faxing a simple receipt he doesn't come through. Long story short. I had a debt with them from a property management company. I had sued and won a case against the property management company and owed them no money, the charged me for a cleaning I was not responsible for and it went to collections. After spending two weeks on the phone with them and providing them with a copy of the court paperwork that showed I was not responsible for the debt. They dragged their feet to the point that I just ended up playing it. I was more concerned with getting my paid in full letter so I could rescore my credit then I was about the fee. I figured I could fight to get it back later. So finally I got Mike, their collections manager on the phone and he was glad to take my payment, but by the time it processed it was 4:51pm and they stop processing payments at 4:45pm and he wouldn't fax the paid in full letter. But he did promise me that he would fax it first thing in the morning the following day. He said "It will be there no later then noon. It will be there before that but I don't want to shoehorn myself into a early time" Well its now 1:40pm the day after and no fax has been sent. Not only that but when I called back I was told that I now needed to give my wife's SSN, which they NEVER once asked for before. But now today they have to have my wife's SSN to get access to my account. They are thieves, they have TERRIBLE customer service and even their managers are incapable of keeping their word. They are more then happy to take your money but fail in every other aspect you would expect from any company. They suck from top to bottom, the owners should be ashamed of the people they have chosen to employ. Fire all of them and try again You have failed Online Information Services of NC you suck.

I found them VERY easy to work with. My wife had 3 accounts in collections. We were able to consolidate her accounts, and make a payment schedule which allowed us to improve her credit score, while paying off her debt. THANK YOU!

These people are 1 track minded with tunnel vision. Cannot validate debt with proof, change policies on the fly, and lack any understanding of anything outside their normal realm. I'm not sure if it is the management or actual representatives. Very disappointed

I have received a couple of messages from a computer-generated voice about a supposedly arrears invoice from unnamed vendor. We have a small family business. I am the business officer for same and track all income and expenses. We owe no one anything. This call struck me as totally dubious and bogus.

I received a notice in the mail that I owe a small amount on my electrical bill from my last apartment. Since it was such a relatively small amount, I tried to just pay it and be done. No matter which card I try to pay with, the website errors out, and the "automated" phone line always says that no-one can take my call and that I need to leave a message. Not sure what to do to resolve this anymore, but it's sounding less than legitimate at this point. The only other option listed on this form is apparently to send in payment along with my SSN, and that's not happening.
