Not very helpful in helping me get a car or information about car. Had to repeatedly call James and ask what was going on and he would never respond unless I continuously called. Definitely will not be calling anymore especially since I was referred to them by a customer of theirs.

I absolutely would recommend this car lot to anyone wanting to buy a car. They are straightforward and honest. Not going into detail but "Magic" Mike made it happen for me. James actually sold me the car and he,well they, made me feel like part of the Minton family.... I have found a car buying home and I will not buy a car from anyone else... Go there they got you!!!

Worst service I ever experience in purchasing a vehicle. Took them 3 weeks to get my paper for me to sign off for my truck. Then I started at one lot and ended up at another lot to sign. Service is poor. Salesmen talk dirty to you.. On top of all that my 2010 Traverse transmission went out before 30 day tag expired. Informed dealer.. No respobse concerning it.. I wouldnt buy a vehicle from Minton Motors. R&B Warehouse or any place that has Foushee name behind it.. Horrible

Wow! What can I say about this dealership? Well, it is full of the nicest, most accommodating staff I've ever met!!! I bought my Honda Pilot in January. And even though I had to come to them regarding minor issues, each time, they were nice and understanding, and were eager to resolve my issue. At one point, my frustration got the best of me. But the owner himself understood my frustration and worked diligently to make me happy. Honestly, I can't say anything bad about this dealership. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to take care of me, even if I probably didn't deserve it. I really don't understand the bad reviews, but one thing I can say is that the staff will treat you fairly, and will work with you, if you work with them when you have a concern. Bless Up, Minton Motors!!! I will continue to recommend you when I know someone is looking to buy a car!!! Thank you soooooooo much for everything you have done for me!!! P.S. There were NO service issues with my Pilot!!! She is FANTASTIC, and runs like a dream!! 2005 with only 78,000 miles!!! Yeeeaahhh, baby!!!!!
