Hubert Vester Chevrolet in Wilson, NC

Had an issue with my car that was noted from another dealership for a part that was installed at Hubert Vester Chevy. Called and informed HV about it and they wanted to look at the vehicle. When I arrived, they did not even look at the issue I informed them of but wanted to repair another part of my car. What a wasted trip. They did not even look at the paperwork from the other dealership. Very non customer service like for a company like this. Will not recommend any service to this dealership.

I always have a great experience at Hubert Vester Chevrolet. Mack Vester sold me my car and always calls to check up on me to ensure all is well. When I got into an accident he was there to provide support. After getting my car in the hands of Chad in the service department, he made sure that he let me know he would do his best to ensure my vehicle was back up and running in no time. Just like that, I am back on the road, my car feels and looks great and I'm very pleased with my service. Thank you all at the dealership! See you for my next service!

I recently bought a 2015 in March of this year and my Alternator just went out! Nobody seemed to care after the car was bought. The salesman that sold me the car definitely didn't care. I would expect that from a small lot but not a place like this. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it to any one after this.

My experience at Hubert Vester Chevrolet was excellent. Mike G was my salesperson. I shared with him what I was able to do and could not do in order to purchase a vehicle for my twin boys. I called and negotiated a price over the phone to buy a Yukon XL. I asked the condition of the vehicle & explained that I had driven with my 2 small children earlier in the week to look at a vehicle in another town & dealership that ended up being in really bad condition because it had been a rental car. Jimmy the manager & Chris Jones (a salesman) at Hubert Vester Chevrolet reassured me that this vehicle was in mint condition. I explained that I was driving from a town about 3 hours away with 2 babies & I wanted his reassurance that this vehicle had not been a rental & was in excellent condition. He reassured me it was in "mint condition." I arrived at the dealership & the Yukon had scratches all down the right side. The interior looked like a dog had chewed the center console& scratched it in several areas. It was in terrible overall condition! I was giving them $46,000 for this Yukon. I wouldn't have given them my vehicle on a even trade it was in such bad condition! I reminded the manager Jimmy that he told me this Yukon was in "mint condition." I also reminded him of how I asked for his honesty on the condition of this vehicle, because I had to drive so very far with 2 babies! He didn't have anymore concern or care for how far I had driven & how disappointed I was! I didn't get home till 7:30pm that night after driving all day! I would NEVER recommend this dealership, Jimmy the manager, or Chris Jones! They are VERY DISHONEST people. I am a nurse & have devoted my life to caring for others! It breaks my heart people would do anything for a buck!
