National Pawn and Jewelry in Wilmington, NC

I walked in the store and instantly Diana knew and remembered me. That was wonderful to be recognized and it keeps me coming back. I always find good deals and the entire staff is and friendly as well as knowledgeable about every item in the store. I've been coming here for years to buy as well as pawn. Never had a problem with anything or anyone. Love love love love everyone here!!!!!!!

Mrs. Diana, is this best employee you guys could have ever hired. She has awesome consumer service and people skills. I have been coming here working with her for years now and she is always the same loving person.

This place is the best pawn shop in Wilmington by far. Especially if you are looking for quality laptops or newer model TVs. The stuff is definitely priced to sell. I stop in frequently and there is a constant flow of merchandise. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating, too. I've sold to these guys twice before and both times a very fair price was offered, not too common for those of you familiar with haggling at pawn shops. Seriously, I bought a laptop with a dual-core i7 16G RAM (with the box and warranty papers...it was like I found the end of a rainbow!) cheaper than the pawn shops down the street were selling dusty and busted i3's. I'm a pro photographer/broadcaster and see higher end amateur gear in there cheap, too. Usually well priced Canon EOS and Nikon D series.

I stopped in to look around and a lady name shorty help me. I had no intentions of purchasing anything but because of her helping me and her wonderful attitude I ended up putting something on lay away. She was very nice and really funny. Because of her I definitely will be going back. The staff of this pawn shop are awesome. I had to go back to pick layaway up and they were very print and courteous.the manager troy is great to deal with and he definitely knows how to pick his staff. I will definitely be back

The place is so lovely the jewlery is far by the most amazing display! I just love the customer service that I had gotten from Diana was so excellent. She told me all I needed about what would suit best and I just loved the smile and friendliness that she greeted me with! I love the way the store brings a friendly family environment and I am definitely going to refer anyone that goes there to Diana! I thank you all and especially her so much for the good service!
