Everytime I visit this branch the lines are ridiculous. Currently in line with 13 people in front of me, and 2 tellers working.

The staff at this branch of Bank of America are very friendly and efficient. Bank of America is not usually known for its customer service but this branch is not your typical branch. A word of warning, this is directly across from the entrance to UNCW and it's always very busy.

Literally check in and sat for 15mins and was ignored. Walked past me like 5x Helping people who literally just walk thru the door. Like im a customer too. Whats the point of doing a check in.

As a Apparently you cannot be a minority business owner depositing a check from out of state. The woman manager will ask you many questions then say "there's nothing we could do..."it's our policy". I had to wait until I returned home a week later
