While waiting in a rather long line, I noticed that one teller was drastically slower than the other tellers. When it was finally my turn, she asked me to wait for her to get a bottle of water. She walked from behind the counter, stopped and talked to another customer for a few minutes, took a few minutes to get her water, then stopped to talk to another teller upon her return. When I informed her of my displeasure, she finally started to move with some haste. Needless to say; if you are operating in a limited time window, don't bother going inside. The drive-thru teller is much more efficient.
