I've been banking with BB&T for nearly a decade and have never received the deplorable level of service I receive in Valdese at any other branch. I live in Valdese and usually drive to the Morganton location to do all of my banking for this reason. Charlie is the exception in the Valdese branch, but if you need to make a quick transaction, you won't be dealing with her. Go elsewhere.

My wife and I have been banking with BBT for 10 years in Valdese, and never had a problem. Always very promt and curtious service.
