A lady named Ashley at the Thomasville, NC bank was very rude on the phone and kept hanging up on me when I was trying to speak with her manager. Not a good look!

I currently have 3 accounts with fidelity bank. 2 are free checking and 1 is a small business checking. They have very good customer service and actually let you speak to a human and not a computer like some other banks. They are always friendly and helpful when I need something as well.
