BB&T Bank in Thomasville, NC

Extremely frustrating,I live in NY, I set up account for my daughter who lives in Nc so I could transfer $ to her.My daughter used her debit card for a cash advance and was told it was declined. I called the bank that issued the card the transaction was approved, there was a hold on her card for that amount. I called BB&T and asked them to speak with my bank to straighten this out they refused I final got my bank to call them and they finial released the hold. Terrible customer service will never bank at BB&T.However BB&T just called me to tell me after they looked into it better they found that it took place in a different branch and it was a info mismatch.They were sorry and asked if everything was now okay.

I've had good luck working with this branch. I use them for personal and business banking.
