This Bank of America has allowed and enabled the illegal transfer of assets to individuals other than the rightful owner. DO NOT ENTRUST ANY ASSETS PAYABLE ON DEATH TO BANK OF AMERICA. The intended receiver will not collect due to Bank of America's policy of releasing assets to unauthorized individuals. They enabled theft and fraud by releasing and transferring assets to individuals other than the named identified beneficiary designated by "payable on death" status and prearranged legal direction. I would give them a zero stars; however the computer would not allow a post without at least one star.
