Tried to pawn my 1.1ct engagement ring with them, they generously offered me $250 for it! Two other pawn shops in Charlotte offered me $1000 and $1400 for the same ring! Looked in one of their other locations they charge for a similar 1ct ring with similar quality $3,600! Needless to say what I thing of them...!!! Don't waste your time go someone else where your stuff will be valued fairly!

We have been dealing with Mr. John and his incredible staff for almost 16 years now. We have a bad habit of showing up on their doorstep and giving them just a couple of days to custom make a piece of jewelry, resize a ring or to buy ammunition so I can go hunting, and they come through for us, time after time. Excellent staff, and more importantly, true friends! And if we go to Statesville from Australia just to buy jewelry from Mr. John, that really says something!
