Prompt service! Professional staff. Facility has a good flow so even during busy times; you can get through lines. Love the Fat Cat cash machine for my kids piggy banks! They enjoy making their own deposits and staff is always patient and understanding!

Overall has been a good experience until we had to deal with one particular loan person. This person would never return my calls. I always had to call them and leave messages and would still not get a call back. It's 2 weeks now and I still haven't signed a simple loan paperwork. This is the only person I have dealt with at this branch that had awful customer service. Everyone else is great! I won't be dealing with this person ever again.
