Went here to with a 2.5 grams 99.999% Gold Bar, the guy didn't know anything about it. He is used to dealing with 14K or 18k gold, not 24K gold. He tried testing it and claimed it was fake... I am a gold dealer, I know what I have and what I have is not fake. This store needs to not hire any Joe off the street but hire actual people that know how to operate in the pawn and gold industry.

I see a lot of people reviewing this place as staff being friendly and nice... that doesn't mean they know what they are talking about. Ever watch Pawn Stars? Yeah they know what they are talking about... But I asked the staff several questions and over half of the answer they had no clue what to tell me. Get some more experienced workers in there. Stop allowing people to pretend to be pawn brokers.
