I lost my keys to my vehicle. Called Royalty at 9 in the morning (when they opened) to ask how I go about getting another key and how much it would cost. Melissa obviously didn't know what she was talking about because she could not answer any of my questions. She said she would find out and give me a call back within the hour. 4 hours later I called asking if they found out anything. I talked to a different woman she said she has to get in touch with the man that makes the keys and she would call me back immediately. I gave the benefit of the doubt because I figured the first girl was new. An hour later I called back and spoke to a different lady from the two before. Totally different answer from what I was told before. She told me they don't make the keys and that I should get a blacksmith to do it. They close at 5 o'clock. I was literally given the run around the whole day. The exude was they were busy. I work in retail and have to handle many many customers. If you don't know the answer to something, find it out, if you provide a service don't waste someone's time. Now I have to find a blacksmith before tomorrow. Thanks For you horrible service Royalty.

I love these guys! They have a great customer service base...they go out of their way, above and beyond.. And if you have issues all you have to do is communicate and they will do their best to help you. You can't please everyone but you definitely please me. Thanks and keep up the great work!!!

Closed on good Friday with no notice, which will probably result in a late payment on my credit since they offer no grace period. Thanks. There's no option to pay online on their website either, these guys just aren't a good choice.
