As a first time home buyer, Mike Alberico at RMG made the process of loan application very easy. He provided me with a great rate and great service. He was easily available by phone or email to answer any questions regarding the process. The application was completed and submitted for approval in a timely manner before closing which made the closing process hassle-free. The staff at RMG in general were courteous and I had a good experience with them.

Working with Bobby was very reassuring and truly refreshing - especially after shopping around to figure out who we were going to go with to refinance our house. He was always available and continuously responsive regardless of when I called or what new hitch came up. Bobby went out of his way to work with us and make sure our deal went through.
