Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Everything is outsourced to the point where there is no human or local interaction. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!

Soooo beyond aggervating! Called 293938 times phone rings and rings.. went to the damn branch and there was a longggg line. Very people working. I walked out. This is EXACTLY why I closed my account a few years ago! Horrible Horrible!!!!

Staff is nice but that doesn't help waiting in long lines while only one register is open. It's a miracle if you don't have to wait here

Serious Lack of Integrity: Business Account Manager told me what I wanted hear rather than the complete truth about opening a business account. Then when I questioned her she kept changing the criteria. They have wonderful tellers at this location, but like many BOA locations, just not enough available at peak business hours. Sad to see the direction BOA is going with its employees.
