Muy comtento con sus serbisios

No muy contenta con este banco me hablan para decirme q hize cheques q si,quiero q los pagen? Y me dicen q si tengo dinero para para cubrirlos, entonces solo me hablan para decirme básicamente qué se van a quedar con $36 de cada cheque q hize. Porque no deposite cuando estaba abierta la sucursal!

De lo peor. El peor banco con el servicio mas horrible! I went today with my husband to adjust a few things, we had just sat down & explained what we needed & the phone rings. The "banker" answers the phone (trying to look up their account #) & doesnt hang up or say anything to us we waited to see if shed hang up but didnt....my husband then tells her to give back our stuff that we'd go to another place, she tries to stop us but still with the phone on her...my husband tells her no thanks bc of of the poor service she provided us & we left. I have never experienced such thing especially not at a "bank"
