They are horrible

We purchased a vehicle from them and we spoke them on numerous occasions about payments. They told us how much to pay and when to pay it,but they came late that nite and picked up the vehicle. We paid the money to get it back and we didn't get it until two days later. When we went to get it we inspected the vehicle we saw dents that were not there before. Also they removed our new battery and replaced it with a salvage one, so we had to spend more money on another new battery. This company was very unprofessional about how they handled things. So if you want professionalism do not use home credit as your loan choice. In my other-halfs words they are crooks, they only want the money and don't care about the clients.The towing company they use are not professional either.

Horrible. My girlfriend had a vehicle loan through them and she paid on time for every payment. The moment we missed a payment, they would send a tow company at 2 in the morning to come get the car. So now we have to pay them and the tow company and they WILL NOT work with you on anything. Run the other way and do not do business with them
