Smokefoot Trade & Loan in Morganton, NC

This shop is AWESOME!! I just purchased A 3" dredge from them. Pete and Don were GREAT!! They were extremely Helpful and knowledgeable. Pete went way out of his way - above and beyond to make my purchase a smooth easy process and gave me a break on the price. I even made a mistake in the size I wanted and didn't realize it until I got home. I called back the next day and he exchanged it with no problems or hassles. Everyone I dealt with was great. This place is conveniently located in downtown Morganton. It has a clean, welcoming, organized environment and friendly, helpful staff. Furthermore, the prices are reasonable with generous selections. As a patron of local businesses, I am happy to add this one to my "go to" list. I was especially appreciative of the staff's willingness to refer me to other locals for help with related needs such as firearms instruction. Thank you Smokefoot for excellence in service and overall business practices!

I usually never write reviews at all. This store might have a good selection of stuff. But i will never go there again it was my first and last time. The women were nice but one of the guys was the rudest and up most disrespectful men I've met. I believe you should treat ppl with respect.

Well maintained store. Clean, organized and they have a great selection. Never pawn anything for more money than you can afford to pay back. They offer quick money but you have to play by rules YOU agree to. The ladies are super nice.

I would not give this business 1 star because their attitudes say it all! If you post a negative review they red flag you and will not do business with you and then if you state how you feel in their store they threaten to call the law. So if you want to trade or buy I suggest another business. They offered me $20 for a $400 digital camera I bought and still had it in the box! Wow what a slap in the face! I will never step foot back in that store. Thanks for the attitudes Smokefoot! I hope you red flag me now that I've told the truth about things!!!
