I've been with Wachovia over 20 years and planned to move to this area. I was happy to find out there was a branch close by until I called to inquire about a service. Both people I spoke to were rude and unwilling to help or offer advice. They were blunt and matter-of-fact with their answers. I felt that I was more of a bother than a valued customer. I have to say that I've seen a noticeable decline in Wachovia's service and attitude among it's employees since Wells Fargo's takeover. Coincidence? Regardless, this branch made no effort to help me at all so I may consider moving my Wachovia accounts to other banks where I have accounts and where I receive much friendlier service.

Where do I begin,,,,,,, I have banked at this location for more than 20 years, know all of the staff, which by the way are outstanding, however, today I had the displeasure of dealing with Bank Manager Raul LLiso, which term I use loosely and apparently his Sidekick, Brent Miller, not sure what he does,as he was no help at all, as a matter of fact I interrupted Raul's game of solitare for him to put me with Miller,which intern told me that neither of them knew me and it was best for me to do what I needed to do online, YEAH, go figure. So, at their advice, here I am. After filing formal complaint with Corporate and them handling a mere replacement of my debit card, I advised them that id like to make a donation to tuition at Aunt Bees Charm School as these to jokes obviously need. AHHHHHH, I feel so much better, now onto their bosses email. Hopefully, no one has the displeasure I endured from these two SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONALS
