I always see people sitting around in their offices, doing literally nothing, while I wait 10 minutes for one of them to be bothered to get off their duff and help a customer :/ (Most other branches they seem anxious to help a customer, not so much this one)

Wife transferred money and we didn't notice till the next day was -40 cent and was charged 35.00. In a time of living paycheck to paycheck this will really hurt your pocket

I love BOA but they really need to stay open past 5 especially when most people do not even get off until 5. I know there are ATM's but I think the customers deserve people interaction when dealing with their money.
