Bad over all service, they can never give me a correct answer when it comes to where my taxes are. Told me one thing and it ends up being the wrong information. Don't use the netspend card because they charge you for every transaction you make. And 450 dollars to get your taxes done is a rediculous amount. Needless to say I will not be returning next year.
