I have been in banking in the past for over 8 years and I find it really funny that I call to get an auto loan that I know would be approved on the spot and the customer service lady said that I could always apply online or call a 1-800 before even getting my name. Apparently, they don't need the loans or accounts at this branch. Why would I call a 1-800 number when I should be able to call my local branch to help me. Not good...

I've been a member of the State Employees Credit Union for 22 years. The service I have received the last two times at this branch has been enough to make me change banks.
