Metrolina has a job to do. They do secondary financing which means they deal with statistically "bad customers", meaning customer's with bad or no credit history. Of course they are going to call and remind you of your payment (or "badger" you about your insurance). Clearly there is a reason you are financed with a secondary financing company, and you haven't proven yourself very worthy of trust in regards to your finances. If you pay them ON TIME and don't have to make unreasonable payment arrangements everymonth, they WONT bother you.

Metrolina Credit treats you like trash!!! We receive phone calls the day before our payment is due just to remind us that we owe them money and then if you are not there by noon on the due date you get another call- just to see why you haven't paid yet. I received a call from Mason on the due date and was asked why I had lied about making a payment- it wasn't the end of the day yet- I did make my payment on time. They also never ask they just assume the worst- I had a phone call yesterday telling me that I needed to reinstate my insurance- didn't ask if I had switched companies. Once I told them I had switched, they badgered me as to why I didn't call them to let them know before switching. Since the date that we signed our paperwork with them, they have treated us very poorly. Very poor customer service. I will never deal with Metrolina Credit EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
