Both sides of the spectrum. I bought a used car "2005", in 2014. Had to pay 1500 down payment. And then interest was 27%. Yes..my credit score was low. And needing a vehicle. I took it. Well did well for awhile. Got behind a few times and calls constantly to work and friends. Ended up getting repossessed. Even though payment by money was made. Claimed it wasn't in the drop box. Finally got it caught back up. Blessedly though, my fiancé pd it off today.. My thoughts..do your research....ez way isn't the only dealership out there.

Worst customer service ever. Worse place ever at that; I lost my job and started another one and was without a paycheck for over a month and even told them that; all they have done is called and harass me for a payment. I've paid them as much as I can with what I have; now they Tell me that they will take my car and they will have to park it til I pay that is nothing but harassment and ha way of supporting your customers. What kind of business is this; a terrible one. They show no support or nothing. They say we're helping you but all they are doing in makin your payments higher and you can't even pay the one you have now. Then you have the reps that you talk to they are so rude and no very supportive. Whoever reads this stay away from this company and stay away from EZway auto sales. They are the ones that go me into this mess. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES. THEY ARE THE WORSE.

As of right now in my tight spot that I am in getting approved was so helpful I'm going in on wensday to purchase my 2010 cobalt I really hope it's not as bad as people are saying I really need a car Update: yes everyone was right it is as bad as people say now ... do not go here will rip u a new one

These people are a rip off and to think that would help you or understand your situation they don't!!!! They can't even tell you were extra money come in at when they charge you for stuff!!! I advise anyone please do not deal with these people please because they cause my parents whole lot of BULLSHIT BULLSHIT!! They will really try to take your money

I have been a customer for a year and a half now and I've always had great service. As long as you are responsible with your payments and communicate with them anytime you're struggling, they will help as much as they can, very friendly staff. Just remember that they are a business and you signed a contract agreement.
