Great group of guys. Very knowledgeable about there firearms. I called them about a handgun they had . I ask if they could hold that handgun until we arrived without any hesitation they said sure. We drove 1 hour 49 minutes with no problem and got a steal I will be doing business there again and again. Thanks Steve and Jessica

Where to start!? These guys are crooks! I don't even know where to start with them! I call up to their shop about 4 days prior to my visit to check how much money I was gonna need to get my item out! I'm told one price which and I quote the guy I spoke to, "this price is Guaranteed until April 4th" which was around $80-$90! When I come into the store I'm told a different price which is about $20-$25 more than the price I was told on the phone! Now being what it is, I lost my ticket so yes that is my fault and I know that! But wen the old guy that's takin my money tries to tell me "well you got a loan on 2/24 (he paused for a min)and it's a different month now!" But If you check YOUR calendar today is 3/22 that's less than 30 days so what exactly were you trying to tell me? Basically treating me like I'm an idiot! Well foothills pawn, you will never see me in your establishment again! P.S. I see your response to my review and have this to say.. First, the loan we are talking about was for a 14k white gold ring with a nice sized diamond on it! But that besides the point I'm about to tell you! Now, the reason for people to leave a review, is so that you the business owner learns from mistakes your establishment made! But if you try to lash out at the people that leave you a review, then that kind of makes you bully! You wouldn't have made any notifications or notations on my account because I wasn't making any changes or promises to come pay on any certain day after my due date! I simply asked how much I owed and by when I needed to pay, and I was told 2 different prices!

Ralph is a very good person. If you need to pawn something or looking for some good deals go see Ralph and he'll do you right. He's fair and honest. The only person I don't like that works there is Jeremy. He's rude and always has an attitude

To describe my experience with Foothills Jewelry and Loan..... Well my experiences have been nothing but pleasant. They treat you kindly and deliver swift service and accurate knowledge of all aspects in their business from firearms, jewelry, accessories, electronics,to dvd's... A 5star rating is a insult to this establishment, SHOULD BE A 10 STAR REVIEW but sadly Google allows only but 5 lol. Way to Go Ralph,Phillip,Jeremy,and Ben. OUTSTANDING Performance and Services!!! This business is absolutely a wonderful asset to the community... Thanks guys.

Been dealing with these guys for many many years. Great place to do business with fair/great prices. Was in there this morning making a purchase. Nice,professional,knowledgeable staff. Just a great place to do business.
