Competent group, great rates if you have clean records (w/ Erie). There was mis-communication, and misunderstandings (myself included) and then rather rude unfortunately when I had to switch to USAA as my daughter was added. Erie ins. does not take on high risk drivers as competitive as USAA and GMAC it appears. After 15 years and no claims besides a towing once, they said - "good bye....". No thanks for your business, etc... I won't be back.

Pryor insurance is a breath of fresh air! Jay Pryor is a master communicator and extremely personable. We switched to Pryor insurance after they reviewed our current insurance policy's and found us over charged and under insured by our existing carriers.
