A realtor had recommended Preferred Choice for our mortgage refinance. We had a terrible experience with this company. The mortgage broker would not return our calls. kept figuring the numbers incorrectly, and flat out lied about what our final mortgage amount would be. She did not even show up the day of the closing. This person offered terrible service, and I would NOT recommend them.
