Called 6 times spread out over several hours and can never get someone to pick up. Needed to open a new account but will just go to another bank

Worst banking experience ever. ALWAYS have to wait at least half hour when go to bank to see someone. When trying to call, you just get in loop, says everyone is busy.....DO YOURSELF A FAVOR...pick another bank. They have tied up my money for months, no access!!

Very slow and unfriendly tellers. I live in Florida and the tellers there are very efficient and friendly. Need another Bank of America closer to rt 26 on Four Seasons blvd.
