Customer service was bad no one greeted me!!! I wanted to see a perso al banker and had to approach them.I will never go back to that location, customer service very poor!!!!!!

I bank with Well Fargo and I was with Wachovia as well and also with SECU, I went to both banks this morning was disappointed when I ask about the Christmas Tree and the teller said there was no time and probably too late to put on up, SECU made time to put a Christmas Tree up. The employees were great at both places very friendly.

I been dealing with this bank for 10 years ad the service has gone to the toilet! Ronda is the only employee there that cares about the customers she is Superb !! they need 10 Ronda's in there., the ATM is never serviced properly and it sucks! God forgive you make a mistake they nail you with a $35.00 charge but when they ;let you down can I charge them $35.00 for my wasted time and inconvenience? I went this morning at 8:40 am to make a deposit after driving 10 miles I found out what I most of the times find the machine could not take a deposit, then went back at 10 Am same thing !! Who is running this branch Mickey Mouse? I spoke with the manager and told her better get their act together or I will take my 7 accounts to another bank that I can count on 24/7 and I better don't see any BS charges because my account at 9:40 am was under by a few dollars that at 9;20 am was fine But I knew i needed to deposit money which I tried to do so! Wells Fargo get your act together !
