This is worst place I've every dealt with in my entire life. They are rude and threaten you for no damn reason. RUBY one thing about her she talks all that crap but Nevers shows her face. Here's my advice to anyone DO NOT GO HERE!!!

"DO NOT" finance "ANYTHING" whatsoever with these people!!! They will drive you crazy if your one day late! You will never pay them off! The owner/manager (RUBY) can't get no more hateful & mean than what she already is! They will hang up the phone on you or keep you on hold for 20 plus minutes at a time. Take my advice....go to another finance company or credit union! Run as fast as you can from Mid East Acceptance 3015 S Memorial Dr. Greenville N.C. Oh....did I mention don't ever be a day late with your vehicle insurance. She will threaten your life if you don't pay that insurance within a hour of her calling you! I told her she wasn't my mother....she wasn't gonna talk to me any kind of way!!! I'm a grown woman just as her!!!!

The customer service of this operation could be a little more friendly. Butch was about the only one that I liked speaking with. Just like any company, if you are late, they will call and try to collect. That is their job. However, a little more professionalism would be appreciated.

This company is a disgrace and the level of professionalism is at a 0!! My car will be paid off very soon, but never never get a car financed through Mideast. I belive she has a contract with every buy here pay here in Greenville, NC and will stop at nothing to make your life miserble over a car. They have called my place of work to the point where it is distracting and the level of rudeness that Ruby has is out of this world. I would advise you to stay far away from Mideast as their practices are bascially illegal. I dont want to give them any stars.

I've had my truck financed with Mid East for a year and a half. I've had a pleasant experience with everyone that I've talked to there. My credit was less than perfect but Ms Ruby gave me a chance and I've made all my payments early so i don't know how they would react to late payments. I can only go by my experience and so therefore I give Mid East a 5 star rating
