Getting a loan at this bank is next to impossible I would never try again they have one set of rules for people that have NEVER had credit and another set of rules for people that pay bills on time but try to get a refinance. I suggest you visit another banking institution if your older than 24 or your not a first time buyer .Credit is how you build your business and you LOAN people money if your a bank that's why your called a BANK

This is easily the worst credit union I've ever dealt with. Low balance fees, paper statement fees, debit card inactivity fees.... AVOID!!
