I did my loan information over the phone, I always had to call them, I felt left in the dark because I never heard anything 3 days went by still no call on what was going on how rude,I called myself to find out that I was not approved I felt as if kurt should of called me If I'm the customer, poor customer service.I could of been looking other places but I wasted my time with kurt.

I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I recently went on vacation to see my old man family while he was deployed I called and told them that I would be a little bit late on my payment and they called and and harassed me all month also sending out a letter saying they wanted to take my car over one late payment. I paid $10,000 on a $6,500 loan they are so greedy. I would never recommend them to nobody
