I must say I had a hard time rating this location as, the majority of the people have changed within my 3 years of banking here. At first, it was a great experience, then the snobby tellers came along. The Branch Manager Matt does come across as a racist! And the new Assitant Manager Gary is a ass kisser! The females that work here look very unprofessional. They come to work in dingy uniforms, ashy faces and uncombed hair! Most of them are polite, but that one teller Shantelle is the worst! Her attitude is very very unprofessional and she doesn't know how to talk to customers. She is a poor example of "Customer Service" and great at "Bad Attitude" They need to re-train her! As a customer and investing our nest eggs into this company, we deserve respect and courteous service. Many times I've walked into this establishment and have over heard the tellers speaking badly of the customers, sometimes even laughing in their face, especially Shantelle and Matt, the Manager. I understand we all can have a off day sometimes and our energy shifts, but understand, without the customer, there would be no company or job for these ungrateful, unprofessional people. In my 3 years here, Shantelle is the absolute most horrible experience I've ever encountered. As a Publisher, I like to expose folks of her calibre throughout the media.Why? People in business have the right to know with whom they're dealing, especially when it's your finances. She needs a serious adjustment. I will be closing all my accounts at this bank, since they consist of hiring unprofessional people.
